Protocol Disclaimer
Last updated: September 2026. Important notices on smart contracts, volatility, and protocol mechanics.
1. Smart Contract & Blockchain Technology Risk
ArcFloor operates entirely via autonomous, open-source smart contracts deployed on the Arc Mainnet blockchain (Chain ID 5042). While the contracts have been built following strict security standards, smart contract interactions carry inherent risks, including potential software vulnerabilities, compiler errors, network forks, and blockchain congestion. You interact with the protocol entirely at your own discretion.
2. Market Volatility & Total Loss of Capital
Cryptographic assets are subject to extreme market volatility. The market price of $FLOOR, trading liquidity depth, and staking yields can rise or fall substantially in short periods. Historical APR figures, floor price estimates, and simulation calculators do not guarantee future returns. Do not deposit funds you cannot afford to lose completely.
3. On-Chain Fee & Vesting Mechanics
The protocol enforces non-negotiable economic rules directly via smart contracts:
- Swap Fees: 2.5% fee on Uniswap v4 trades (burned on buys; routed to stakers, liquidity, and development on sells).
- Staking Locks: 7-day soft lock for Pool 0. Unstaking prior to maturity incurs a 5% early slash fee permanently burned to floor backing.
- Exit Cooldowns: A 1-hour standard cooldown enables zero-fee withdrawals. An optional instant exit is available with a 10% fast-pass levy burned to the floor.
- USDC Bonds: Bonded USDC principal is permanently allocated to Protocol-Owned Liquidity and cannot be unstaked. Discounted $FLOOR tokens vest and unlock after 7 days.
4. As-Is Software Provision
The ArcFloor user interface and underlying software are distributed on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. There is no guarantee that the interface will function without interruption or remain free from technical errors.
5. Do Your Own Research (DYOR)
Nothing contained on this interface should be construed as financial, investment, accounting, or legal guidance. Users are advised to review the verified smart contract code on the block explorer and consult qualified independent advisors before executing any on-chain transactions.
