FLOOR

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026. Minimal data footprint by design.

1. Decentralized Architecture

ArcFloor is a client-side interface for interacting with immutable smart contracts deployed on the Arc Network. We do not host user accounts, maintain centralized databases, or operate profiling systems.

2. No Personal Data Collection

We do not collect, request, or store any personal information. You do not need to provide an email, phone number, physical address, or legal identity to access this website. We do not sell or share user data with third-party advertisers.

3. Blockchain Transparency

When you connect a web3 wallet and sign transactions (such as staking, bonding, or swapping), your public wallet address, transaction hash, and token balances are broadcast to the decentralized Arc blockchain. Public ledger entries are permanent, immutable, and visible to anyone on the network.

4. Local Browser Storage

This interface uses local device storage solely to preserve your visual display preferences (such as light or dark theme) and your slippage configuration. We do not use persistent tracking cookies, session profiling, or third-party marketing pixels.

5. Third-Party RPC Providers

Network requests to query on-chain state or broadcast signed transactions pass through public RPC endpoints and block explorers. These infrastructure operators maintain their own independent logging and privacy standards.

6. Contact & Updates

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect updates in technical architecture or protocol mechanics. Continued use of the interface signifies acceptance of any updated terms.
