Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026. Please read carefully before using this interface.
1. Non-Custodial Interface
ArcFloor is a decentralized, non-custodial software interface that allows users to interact with smart contracts deployed on the Arc Network. ArcFloor does not operate as an exchange, broker, custodian, or financial intermediary. At no point does the interface take possession or control of your digital assets.
2. User Security & Private Keys
You retain sole custody and responsibility for your private keys, seed phrases, and hardware wallets. Never share your secret keys with any person, website, or service. If you lose access to your private keys, any assets associated with your account cannot be recovered by anyone.
3. Irreversible Transactions
All interactions with ArcFloor smart contracts, including staking deposits, bond purchases, claims, and token swaps, execute on the Arc blockchain. Blockchain transactions are final, irreversible, and immutable. Always verify recipient addresses, amounts, and gas fees before signing any transaction.
4. Protocol Rules & Fee Mechanics
Users acknowledge that protocol mechanics, including the 2.5% fee on Uniswap v4 swaps, deposit burn fees, 7-day vesting epochs, and early withdrawal penalties, are enforced strictly by code on-chain. It is your responsibility to review these terms prior to initiating any transaction.
5. No Financial or Investment Advice
The content, metrics, charts, and estimated APR calculations displayed on this interface are for informational purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Digital asset values are volatile, and participation in decentralized protocols involves substantial risk of loss.
6. Eligibility & Compliance
By using ArcFloor, you represent that you are of legal age and capacity in your jurisdiction. You agree not to use the interface for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, financing terrorism, or circumventing sanctions laws enforced by relevant governmental authorities.
7. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the developers, contributors, or interface hosts of ArcFloor be held liable for any loss of funds, smart contract bugs, network downtime, price volatility, or damages arising out of your use of this software.
